This policy applies to paid subscriptions for software operated by Melinda Mathews Consulting LLC (working name “PayFollow”), if and when paid plans are offered. The waitlist itself is free.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. After you cancel, you will not be charged again. Access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
First-payment refund (14 days)
If you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we will provide a full refund of that first charge.
After 14 days
We do not offer partial-month refunds after the 14-day window on your first payment, or for later billing cycles. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid further charges.
How to request a refund
Email mmlabs.ventures@gmail.com from the address on your account, include the email used at checkout, and say you want a refund. We aim to respond within a few business days.
