These terms cover the early-access waitlist and any future subscription software (working name “PayFollow”) operated by Melinda Mathews Consulting LLC (“we,” “us”). By using this site or signing up, you agree to them. The product has not launched yet; name, features, and pricing may change.
1. The service
We plan to offer subscription software that helps freelancers and small businesses send automated payment reminders for overdue invoices. Until launch, this site only collects interest via a waitlist. When a paid product exists, access is granted under a monthly subscription.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans (if and when offered) are billed in advance on a monthly cycle. Prices shown on this site today are planned ranges for validation, not live offers. By starting a paid subscription you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and will not be charged again. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting unauthorized access; sending spam or unlawful content through reminders; reverse-engineering the product; or using it in ways that violate applicable law or third-party rights.
5. No warranty
The site and any software are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, that reminders will always result in payment, or that the product will meet every need. Pre-launch materials are for evaluation only.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melinda Mathews Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site or service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim (or $0 if you have not paid).
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms. Material changes to a paid subscription will be communicated to the email on your account when that applies.
